Apps2sale.com platform was founded by partner engineer Fouad Al-Bitar in 2025, after an experience in the field of technology and information technology since 1986, where he established the first center specialized in technology in the city of Homs in central Syria, and in 2003 he established a company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With the development of Internet applications, he established a company specialized in programming Internet applications under the name (Movement for Interactive Programs), and it included a team of 10 highly experienced engineers and designers who implemented many projects for international companies from 2005 until 2015, when the company's activity stopped due to the difficult conditions in Syria.
